MEDITATION CLASS


   




We had a yoga  practice at our college.
Prabhu sir is  yoga practitioner ,he 
clearly stated the beginning of the 
training . Then he detail Prabhu y explained about meditation to everyone. And next he was instructed to cleanse the body from top to bottom.These have brought us a new change . This training helped us keep our minds healthy and active.
